Delivery and returns
Our delivery partners have a great record of getting deliveries to you on time. However very occasionally, parcels can go missing or get delayed, which is out of our control. If the date of delivery is essential, please choose for them to arrive a day earlier than you need them.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, we are more than happy to refund the full delivery charge. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, should no one be in to receive you parcel. In this instance, no refund will be offered.
Our boxes of 6 slices fit through standard size letterboxes.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday using Royal Mail or Hermes. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. If you have not received your order 3 working days after DISPATCH (not order), please contact us.
If you request delivery on a specific date, we will post your brownies two days before this date, therefore the order must be placed at least 3-4 days before required.
Please take care when entering your shipping and billing addresses. If the address entered is incorrect, no refund will be given.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your brownies, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com.

the problem with the brownies
photos of the issue
We do not offer refunds unless in exceptional circumstances, due to the perishable nature of our products.
We do not offer cancelations.
If you prefer to phone us, please call 01553 341433. We may not answer if we are mid-bake but please leave a message and we will ring you back. Alternatively e-mail us and we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
